1. Develop Marketing strategy with key goals:
a) attract Russian customers
b) make the projects more valuable for the existing clients.
2. Combine five different real estate projects under one meaningful umbrella in order to unify marketing campaigns.

We developed the following ideas:
1. Create City Gate Privilege Club with outstanding benefits for the existing and future clients.
2. Use CG Privilege Club as an umbrella for five different real estate projects (unified offers & campaigns).
3. Design logo, cards, landing page and Ads for CG Privilege Club
4. Create one year marketing strategy for CG Privilege Club with structured campaigns in all channels (indoor/outdoor, SMM, SEM)
5. Include specified benefits to attract Russian customers & launch campaign with precised targeting.
